Capt. Dr. Mohd Fuad bin Omar
Leadership, Strategic Communication & Facility Engineering Trainer

Capt. Dr. Mohd Fuad bin Omar brings more than 40 years of experience across military service, corporate leadership, facility engineering, maintenance and operations. A former officer of the Regiment Renjer DiRaja Mechanised APC, he also participated in United Nations missions in Cambodia, Somalia and Bosnia before continuing his career with leading organisations in Malaysia.

He holds a PhD in Human Engineering, an MSc in Engineering Management and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, together with professional qualifications in safety and health, ISO auditing and Train-the-Trainer. His training focuses on transformational leadership, strategic communication, employee engagement, team development, manufacturing operations, maintenance and integrated logistics support.

Mr. VK (Vicky Krishna)
Retail Leadership, Customer Experience & Sales Trainer

Vicky is an inspirational trainer with extensive experience in retail leadership, people development and business operations. An MBA graduate from the United Kingdom, he brings 17 years of experience in the retail industry and additional experience in social enterprise, having served with organisations such as Bata, Valiram, Pandora under the Habib Group and Leaderonomics.

His training approach encourages participants to move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, helping teams become more agile, creative and accountable. His key areas of expertise include customer experience, visual merchandising, leadership with accountability, retail sales and operations, and the retail marketing mix.

En. Kamarul Azhar Abdul Rahman
Human Capital Development, Motivation & Teambuilding Trainer

En. Kamarul Azhar Abdul Rahman has worked as a consultant and motivational trainer since 2000. He specialises in human capital development, personal transformation, motivation and teambuilding for corporate and government organisations.

He holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Higher Education in Swansea, Wales. He is also a certified PSMB trainer, a certified Spiritual NLP practitioner and a member of the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Throughout his training career, he has worked with organisations such as PERODUA, KPJ, Panasonic, Bank Simpanan Nasional, QSR Brands, FELCRA Berhad and various Malaysian government agencies.

Mr. Murugan
Operations, Quality & People Management Trainer

Mr. Murugan brings 15 years of experience across manufacturing and corporate organisations, with expertise in operations management, quality management, leadership and people management. He has worked in the semiconductor, automotive and electronics industries, gaining practical experience in managing operations, improving quality and developing employees at different organisational levels.

He is also experienced in process improvement, cost reduction and Six Sigma initiatives. His structured and practical training approach helps participants apply technical knowledge and management skills confidently in the workplace.
